I've been waiting on an order for about 6 days now. I've had had many communications including a tracking number and order number. Yet royal mail tracking indicates the company has informed royal mail it's been sent. However I was informed yesterday morning no order appears to have been sent out? I was told they would respond and I've heard nothing back. Also no emails confirming order or out for delivery. It was ok previously but now just seems to be getting worse. The reviews here seem to indicate no problems with other customers orders. Apparently they couldn't give me indication on why this is happening..why? It's disgusting and I'm beginning to think that this company is scamming the odd customer. I need this resolving please.

    I have been a customer for a few years now and they are brilliant. Ordered this on Friday, it was cancelled but litecoin crypto payment was taken out of my wallet, straight away. I thought everything was ok since they took the crypto. I started getting worried on Saturday evening, as I had no email from Royal Mail and I noticed it was cancelled, so I contacted Hub, I received a confirmation email on Sunday and it was dispatched on Monday morning, when I’ve ordered before if it gets dispatched in the morning then it would be delivered next day, but I’ve had an email and it would be delivered on Wednesday, just disappeared, as Amnesia helps with my MS.
