Unfortunately, if more than 48 hours have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on tracking information).
Returns requested after 48 hours may be rejected or subject to partial refund only.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging (sealed, if applicable)
Be free from damage, odors, stains, or missing parts
Be accompanied by video unboxing (make sure you film whole process of opening , including full package inspection before opening)
