Amazing value and incredible service

Ordered it on 1st July 2023 around 1pm and emailed them to let them know as their automatic verification system kept failing but got no reply whatsoever. Ended up having to contact them via telegram and having to send proof of payment and transaction number before they would even process it as it showed up on my HUB420 account that it was currently cancelled! Shouldn’t have to prove anything as they should automatically have the payment details etc. Other than that it is lovely smoke and nice taste etc so if didn’t have these problems with them then would definitely give full 5 stars!!
